Consultant Responsible for the Design of Management Tools for the Municipality of Vallenar" Organization and implementation of quality management processes, with the active participation of management teams and headquarters, achieving the simplification of procedures, redefinition of information flows of strategic and support processes. Using Methodologies focused on the interactions of the process with the environment, SIPOC, which links the processes to the Procedure Manuals, alignment of ten Departments and their indicators with the Accreditation Model of Municipal services. The new management model was approved by the respective board.
