As a consultant for the IDB and the World Bankhe has participate as a Senior Consultant specialist in Models of Excellence and Malcolm Baldrige, in the Process the modernization and integral reform of the Ministry of Health. In the program called "Management of Excellence of Health Networks". I participate in the training of 160 Directors of Health Centers and Hospitals, from four regions of the country, (Antofagasta, Viña del Mar, Nuble, Araucanía). The objective was to provide conceptual tools, which would lay the foundations to implement a comprehensive management model, based on the model of excellence and the reform of the Chilean Health System, to establish the characteristics of a self-managed establishment inserted in the healthcare network - based on the new model of bio-psycho-social care. These Management Tools allow us to achieve a strategic vision that optimizes the provision of services, both in a health unit and in the health network (2003).
Senior Consultant in the Chile-Quality agreement and INDAP, in the training of 110 managers of the INDAP management team, Directors, Heads of Areas and professionals from six regions of the country (Regions I, II, III, IV, VIII, XI). The general objective was to transfer the evaluation methodology of the Quality Model to INDAP's Management Improvement Plan and its institutional modernization process. (2004).
As IDB Consultant and Chile Quality Specialist, I participate in the MINEDUC-IDB agreement, in the transfer of methodologies to 120 managers of the MINEDUC management team, supervisors, directors and professionals of the DAEM of the Metropolitan Region and Atacama region. The general objective was to transfer the knowledge of the Quality Assurance System (SACGE) and the evaluation methodology, for the process that promotes the improvement of institutional practices, developing a circuit of continuous improvement through an Institutional Diagnosis based on the Quality Model of School Management, carried out for 400 establishments throughout the country. (2004).
Senior Consultant-Training Workshop for 40 people from the management teams of the metropolitan area and the national direction of INDAP, in the preparation of Improvement Plans and the use of Kaizen tools and quality management. Continuous Improvement- (February 2006).
