Responsible for carrying out the formulation of a proposal for a new Regional Hospital. Covering the following areas: Survey and Diagnosis, Current Management Model, Production, Equipment, Human Resources, and Financial Resources, in addition to developing the proposal for a New Management Model, calculation of Estimated Demand, Human Resources and Dimensioning for the Normalization of the Hospital. Using the EPH methodology of MINSAL, among others necessary to obtain a better product for the Normalization of Closed Care of the Hospital, for an amount exceeding 140 billion pesos. Senior Consultant in Models of Excellence and Malcolm Baldrige, I have worked in the process of modernizing the state and integral reform of the Ministry of Health, Ministry of Education, and Agriculture. Additionally, as an IDB Consultant, I participated in the MINEDUC-IDB agreement, focusing on transferring methodologies of the Quality Assurance System (SACGE) and the evaluation methodology. This process aims to promote the improvement of institutional practices by developing a circuit of continuous improvement through an Institutional Diagnosis based on the Quality Model.
As a professional expert in quality methodologies, I participated in the agreement between the Ministry of Agriculture and Chile Quality. My responsibilities included preparing methodologies, for the design of improvement plans at the national and regional levels for the Quality Improvement Plan of INDAP Management. As well as, designing a new methodology for prioritizing, building, implementing, and monitoring the PMCs for the national teams of the regions of Chile. Additionally, I was responsible for implementing a system for improving the management of municipal services, considering a MAP of the status of the services in terms of their evaluation, gaps, and improvement actions.
