Coordinator of the International Consultancy. Senior consultant, of the consulting company Gestión Patagonia, in charge of supporting the Implementation and start-up of the Regional Development Agency of Magallanes, through the Preparation of Agendas and Plans for the Improvement of Competitiveness (PMCs) Events of high call, in which it was sought to position the region as a pole of innovation and global competitive entrepreneurship.
Responsible for the reports of 300 public-private actors in the dissemination workshops of the Magallanes Cluster, with the participation of companies from 8 economic sectors and 4 multisectoral ones, under the "open space" methodology, covering three axes: territorial dynamics of the cluster (regional and supra-regional), (b) business development and organization of production, (c) information and access to markets: talks and training for entrepreneurs on Nodes and incubators, accelerators, co work spaces, investment funds, mentor networks, global hubs, angel networks and other funding entities. DEVELOPMENT POLES -TERRITORIAL INTEGRATION STRATEGIES
Responsible for the Pre-investment Study for the Communes of Coquimbo, La Serena and Ovalle. Guide the investment decision in Productive Development activities of the Tourism, Fishing and Agro-industrial sectors, analyze in detail the local business structure and the market currently covered by the products of the communes considered. Provide a vision of the international market, incorporating benchmarking elements and the corresponding value chains, taking into account the main technological trends, and the long-term competitiveness challenges, and collecting the experiences of good practices in territorial organization, processes of construction of communal Agendas of Productive Development. Responsible for the Implementation and execution of the Integrated Territorial Program IV Region. For the development poles Totoralillo Norte, La Higuera and Tongoy, design and implementation of policies and programs for business development and improvement of competitiveness, with emphasis on working with conglomerates of associative companies. Likewise, interact, train, provide methodological support, and transfer in a structured way good practices from national experiences to the teams linked to the construction of Regional Productive Development plans in the respective communes, contributing to their endogenous vision a global vision.
